✨ carnival time 🎭 17th of February

🎭✨ Two colorful carnival days full of joy!
Yesterday was all about creativity: the children crafted bright carnival masks, covered in glitter and shining colors — almost as much as the sparkle in their eyes. 🎨
Today, the big carnival party took place! With music, dancing, games, and of course some tasty snacks, everyone celebrated together. 🎶🍬
Joined by the preschool and pre-preschool children, a long and joyful polonaise made its way through the building.
Afterwards, the school children headed to the gym for even more fun with games like “Balloon Slalom,” “Pompon Run,” and “Mr. Fisherman, how deep is the water?”
After such an exciting morning, it has now become quiet at lunchtime — because a party like this makes you hungry, thirsty, and pleasantly tired. What wonderful carnival days! 💙💚

🎭✨ Zwei bunte Faschingstage voller Freude!
Gestern stand das Basteln im Mittelpunkt: Es entstanden viele farbenfrohe Faschingsmasken. Glitzer und leuchtende Farben schimmerten überall — genauso wie das Strahlen in den Kinderaugen. 🎨
Heute folgte dann die große Faschingsparty! Mit Musik, Tanz, Spielen und natürlich ein paar Snacks wurde ausgelassen gefeiert. 🎶🍬
Gemeinsam mit den Kindern der Vorschule und VorVorschule zog eine fröhliche Polonaise durch das ganze Haus.
Anschließend ging es für die Schulkinder noch in die Turnhalle, wo „Luftballon-Slalom“, „Pompon-Lauf“ und „Herr Fischer, wie tief ist das Wasser?“ gespielt wurden.
Nach diesem aufregenden Vormittag ist es nun zur Mittagszeit ruhig geworden — denn so eine Party macht hungrig, durstig und müde. Was für wunderbare Faschingstage! 💙💚

✨ A special day to celebrate achievements ✨
Today, our students from Grades 1 to 3 received their mid-year reports — but first, the day started with a lovely class breakfast.
Fresh rolls, vegetables, fruit, snacks, and even a few sweet treats made for a warm and joyful start together.
Afterwards, everyone enjoyed some fresh air before the children proudly received their reports.
Now it’s time to head into winter break — after a day full of experiences, recognition, and happy moments.
We are incredibly proud of your achievements and already looking forward to the second half of the school year. 💙💚

✨ Ein besonderer Tag voller Anerkennung und Freude ✨
Heute erhielten die Kinder der Klassen 1 bis 3 ihre Halbjahresinformationen – doch gestartet sind wir mit einem gemütlichen Klassenfrühstück.
Leckere Brötchen, Gemüse, Obst, Snacks und auch ein paar Süßigkeiten sorgten für einen schönen gemeinsamen Auftakt.
Danach ging es noch einmal an die frische Luft, bevor alle Kinder stolz ihre Zeugnisse entgegennahmen.
Nun starten wir in die Winterferien – nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag mit vielen Ehrungen und glücklichen Momenten.
Wir sind unglaublich stolz auf eure Erfolge und freuen uns schon auf die zweite Hälfte des Schuljahres. 💙💚

Together We Grow – Proud of Our Children at Mid-Year 💙💚

Wintertime at IPF ❄️

✨ The past weeks have been filled with music, learning, creativity, and togetherness.
Music connected us in many ways — we sang in English, Spanish, and German, showing the diversity and unity of our school community.
From “Jingle Bells” to “Feliz Navidad” and “Lichterkinder singen zur Weihnacht”, our voices came together across languages. 🎶
Alongside singing, we learned, crafted, and shared many special moments during the Christmas season.
As a sign of kindness and care, the children created Christmas cards for the “Seniorenhaus im Sonnenlicht” and wrote heartfelt messages for the residents.
After yesterday’s choir performance, the cards were handed over — and the joy was clearly visible in the grateful eyes of both the seniors and the children.
With warm hearts, we say thank you for a wonderful year.
We wish everyone a joyful Christmas season and all the best for the year ahead. 💙💚
